I could not get on the computer this morning. Some Microsoft thing came up. Joe played around with it and finally got it back. I'd like to go out in my robe and slippers and hurl it down the hill!! I won't show you all the bulk of the Texas cards I made but this one is a keeper. Love this multicolor stamp pad.

I found this paper in my scrap drawer and started playing around with it. Black and white always works for me.

I haven't used this stamp in awhile. Somehow I always use red, black and white when I use this stamp. I'll have to change that up a bit.

I have another Texas card that I did for a friend. Love the saying!

This is a Too Much Fun stamp. I bought it @ a convention in Irvine several years ago. Their stamps are really fun. I have a shirt and a sweatshirt that I need to get out and use again.

Here's a Texas card I did for the gift shop. I am partial to polka dots. Just has a scrap of this paper but just enough to highlight the stamps. The denim ribbon is one that I haven't used in a long time.

I love this stamp. Makes a great get well card with this saying.

I bought this new die from Cheery Lynn Designs as a kit. The kit consists of 1 sheet acetate, 2 sheets heavy fun foam, the die and some metal shaker parts. The parts are messy to say the least and the foam is too thick to go through the Cuttlebug and the Grand Caliber. Here's what I came up with.

I made some Texas cards for the gift shop. Here's one that could be used as a birthday card by changing the sentiment to "Wish Big" or something similar. The stars are Texana Designs.

Here's a stamp I haven't used in a long time. With 8 grandsons I used this a lot for their birthdays. It is unmounted and I bought it @ a convention years ago. To Much fun made another one that I used for the gift shop which I'll show you this week. Kinda fun to get out old stamps and use them again.

Here's one of my swap cards. Love this StampinUp die.

I worked on some cards for the gift shop. I finished this one and then noticed that my inky fingers made a debut in a couple of places. Hate it when that happens. Normally, butterflies to the rescue. This time I decided to add some sequins. That worked!

Another Texas card. This border punch is a really old one that I haven't used in a long time. I am trying to bring out some things that I haven't used for ages. I made a couple of cards for the point that I bet I haven't used in 2 or 3 years. Yes, I have too much stuff. Doesn't stop me from buying more though.

I sent this card to my friend Liz. I always struggle with this border die. Never know how it will turn out. I need to get on the web and see if there is a tutorial. I bought a pack of navy figured paper that I really like & used it for this card.

This card was done by Rose for our shoe box group. Love this pretty blue cardstock. The stamps and die is from StampinUp, however the die and stamp does not match up. A must have anyway in my eyes.

I picked up cards from HCAF and will be replacing them with new ones. Here's a Texas one. Love the little hat!

I needed to make a thank you note, Here's what I came up with. I really like this embossing folder that I snagged @ Tuesday Morning. There were two in a package for super cheap, It says Lifestyle Crafts which I have never heard of. Again I used this die but made it longer by moving the die over jus a little and running it through again. Then cutting off the excess.

We had a guest @ our last shoe box get together, Rose. She showed us this technique. I believe it was originally done by Jennifer McGuire. We used alcohol inks and water. Fun to do!

I made some Texas note cards for my chair yoga instructor for Christmas. This stamp is a Deadbeat Designs stamp that I embossed with silver embossing powder. The paper is Stardream that I got from Marco Paper. I also have it in gold. The washi tape finishes it off. It has a bit of shimmer to it & is really pretty.

This was my other shoe box card. The die did not fit all the way across so moved it over slightly and ran it through again. The first one I just squared off the die cut. Pam free hand cut it sorta curvy. I left my sample for Sharon as she was gone. When I decided to duplicate it, I noticed that there was a curved die in the set of three so I used it. Great improvement.

We really had a great time with Trever's children. They all loved their tee shirts and the scavenger hunt to find their money was fun. I have all the Christmas stuff down, boxed and put away so I am ready to tackle what ever comes our way in the new year. I really need to get some stamping done. Seems like it has been forever since I did any stamping. I did this card for shoe box. The scalloped edge is washi tape that I just attached to a piece of card stock and then punched. A little different way to use the washi tape.
