A scrap of ribbon inspired this card.  Old Olive and ivory.  The die is called Prim Poppy and I used it on several of these thank you cards I made. It's from Memory Box and is made in the USA.  gotta like that.  It also works very well.

Julie game me this punch and I wanted to use my new buckle die so here is the card.  Pretty simple.  I popped up the thank you in the middle.

Here is a sympathy card using my Tiffany Frame, the wallpaper EF & my new butterfly die.  The card stock is Pistachio Pudding.  Very pretty color.

This thank you card is similar to another one I made.  I like the contrast of the white & black and then black & white print.  The buckle die is new and I really like it.  I made a couple of cards using it.  I'm going to clean up my stamp room today.  It is really a mess.  I'm hoping to be neater when I get into my new stamp room.

I will be posting the rest of the thank you notes I made.  I finished the last of them this weekend.  I have a swap card to make today and then I can get some things done before our trip.  I also got my clothes together for the cruise this weekend.  That is the first time ever for me.  I usually throw stuff in the suit case the day before.  This card is done with a new stamp set from StampinUp I just got.  It is called Love and Sympathy.   The thank you is from a new set too Simply Sketched.

Here's the butterfly again.  I like it a lot.  The embossing folder is from Hobby Lobby.

Here's another thank you  note. This one in Eggplant and white.  I broke open the package of Bakers twine.  This is a nice stamp from StampinUp. Cut the puppy out and then remembered I had a punch for that.

This is my shoe box card for last Saturday.  The theme was  gray and pink..  This butterfly die is new and I am loving it.  I always use  waxed paper on these intricate dies.  The formula is die, waxed paper, then card stock and run it through several times.  The Grand Calibur is better than the bug for these dies.

I made this card using a new color to me, Almost Artichoke.  I like it so much better than Old Olive.  I want to get to town and try to find some plain ribbon to match.  This is not too bad.

I really like this card. As you know I am working on thank you cards  and I made a few this weekend  This one is the best of the bunch!  This is a new stamp that I got from StampinUp.  I just love it.  Yeah the butterfly  above the Thank you is  there for the same ole reason.  When am I going to learn to look @ the cling stamp before I stamp it?  Probably never based on my track record!

I made this card for a friend who had surgery.  I stamped the image several times, added a ribbon and the sentiment where the card was blank.  Pretty simple.

I was ask to make a thank you card for a donation of materials to the Auxiliary. I made this one. I embossed the flower with wjite embossing powder. Then I lightly colored in the petals and leaves. Colors are pale plum and eggplant.

I struggled to make this thank you card yesterday. I'm happy with it but didn't turn out like I thought it would. Better not be the end of my MOJO as I have 16 thank you cards to make. I have an idea for another one that I will work on today, Dreary again this morning but sunny days are in the forecast YEA!!

I made this birthday for a friend. I used a doily die and the leaves are a SU punch. Pretty simple.

Playing with my new die and paper scraps. This die came out really well. It is Memory Box. I used waxed paper and ran it through my bug a couple of times, then ran it through the Grand Caliber. I am finding that for these intricate dies the Caliber works best. I am going to start on some thank you notes to all the volunteers that worked in the gift this past couple of years. There are 15. That should keep me busy!

I forgot to show you the inside of the card I posted yesterday, so here it is. I almost never leave my inside of cards plain, I just don't show them much. I'm going to start doing that if I can remember and once my cup of java jump starts my brain@

This is another card I made for the sunshine committee.I have not used pink & brown together in a long time. The stamp is StampinUp and the butterflies were added just for fun. I staamped the stampwith
n crumb cake and then lightly colored in the leaves and flowers

I used this as my swap card, for my smaller swap. I added a little bling. The hexagon is a newer die that I have not used much. I probably should have used black bling but it's too. la

I made this sympathy card last week. I really like the way it turned out. I inked an embossing folder on the front side of the folder and then ran it through the bug. Easy clean up by running the folder under cold water and drying off. I'll do this again. I like the look. The folder is a Cuttlebug on by Anna Griffin and the sentiment is stamped on a Fancy Tags die.

Another thinking of you card. The colors are navy and apricot. I don't think I have ever used this color combo. Poor broncos. You hate to see a team get that far and have such bad results.
